by VladimirChen
If you plan on finishing your master thesis, you should plan on keeping yourself healthy and your energy levels up. This way, you can be sure of being in the right frame of mind and body to see your master thesis through to its rightful conclusion.
Thus, you should exercise regularly: walk everyday for at least 20 minutes; you should run or jog if you’re up to it. Naturally, you should do some stretching exercises as well to compensate for sitting in front of the computer or for sitting hunched down in the library for hours on end while writing your master thesis. Aside from proper and regular exercises, however, you should also sleep regularly. Enough sleep is a definite requirement in keeping your mind alert and your body fit for thesis writing. Finally, one very crucial part of keeping your mind and body healthy is eating properly.
Eat Many Small Meals throughout the Day
Before we go to the nitty-gritty of the right diet for people who are writing their master thesis, it is important that you realize that keeping yourself constantly energized is the only way to keep yourself physically able to continue working on your master thesis for hours everyday.
